Is Sky Voice available now?
Not yet! Sky Voice is currently in development. Join the waitlist to be notified as soon as we launch our beta program.
Can I use Sky Voice for emergency calls?
No. Sky Voice is not a replacement for your regular phone service and does not support emergency calling (like 911 or 112). Please use a traditional mobile carrier or landline for emergencies.
How does the pricing work?
Sky Voice uses a prepaid wallet model. You add funds, and we deduct the cost of your calls based on the duration and destination rate. You will always see the per-minute rate before you initiate a call.
Am I charged if a call doesn't connect?
No. You are only charged for the actual connected time. If a call rings but isn't answered, or fails to connect, your reserved funds are immediately released back to your wallet.
How do refunds work?
All wallet top-ups are generally final. However, if there is a genuine billing error or call quality issue, our support team will handle manual wallet adjustments according to our Terms of Service (currently in draft review).
